When choosing to leave a job or transition into a new role, we often feel pressure to get it right. Overall, this practice can help you identify what you really want and look past the limits imposed by your current industry or role.Just as your skills will align better with some roles over others, so will your needs when it comes to hiring managers and company culture.Likewise, note any boxes that remain unchecked.
